Workout Whining...

Not sure what to do... my knee is killing me and I REALLY want to go workout. I went grocery shopping, hoping that would help my knee (usually those things just work themselves out for me)... but, it didn't work. And, of course, I have no idea WHY my knee is hurting. That stuff just always happens. I wake up and BAM! Dead Knee or BAM! Lame Shoulder. Weird. Anyway, I guess I should ice it now? It feels like someone is ripping my knee off everytime I move it. I want to workout. :( My body is retarded.
